If you’re looking for a way to justify a weekend of scrapbooking, you’ll want to put this event on your calendar!
On Friday and Saturday, April 11 and 12, Rapides Women’s and Children’s Hospital will sponsor a “Scrappin’ for Babies,” fundraiser at First Baptist Church in Pineville (Fellowship Hall). Scrappin’ begins at 9 a.m. and continues until midnight both days.
Registration is $50 per day or $75 for two days. Meals, snacks and drinks will be provided with the registration. And here’s the best part – all proceeds benefit the March of Dimes!
“The $75 registration fee reserves your table space, all meals, snacks and a chance at some incredible door prizes,” said Denise Cross, Scrappin’ for Babies chairperson. “Not only does this event give you the chance to enjoy two days of uninterrupted scrapbooking time, it also gives participants a chance to visit with other scrapbooking enthusiasts.”
This is the 10th year that Rapides Women’s and Children’s Hospital has sponsored the event.
