Day Surgery
Surgery is hard. But Rapides Regional Medical Center makes the experience a little easier. Day Surgery services at Rapides Women’s and Children’s are conveniently located on the first floor. Each morning, admission clerks check in patients as they arrive. A vending area and flat screen television are provided for waiting families. Patients and their families can also take comfort in the fact that every member of the Day Surgery nursing staff at Rapides Regional Medical Center is certified in Ambulatory Surgery or Critical Care. Our staff has, on average, 20 years experience in ambulatory or critical care.

Please review and complete each form, including your signature where requested and fax it to the number on the form or mail the forms back to us - or bring them with you when you arrive for testing.
