Signs of Pre-term Labor

Signs of pre-term labor may include:

  • Contractions  (a tightening sensation in the abdomen similar to menstrual cramping)
  • Low, dull backache
  • A sensation of pelvic pressure
  • Diarrhea
  • Vaginal spotting or bleeding
  • Watery vaginal discharge
  • An increase in vaginal discharge
