Alexandria, LA – Rapides Regional Medical Center Vice President of Finance Johnny Williams has been named Chief Financial Officer. He has served as interim CFO since November 2019.
Williams is a longtime employee of RRMC, joining the healthcare facility in 1994. He was named Director of Accounting in 1996 and VP of Finance in 2008. Williams has served as interim CFO at various points in his RRMC career.
“Johnny has more than a quarter century experience in various leadership roles with a proven track record at Rapides Regional,” said RRMC CEO Jason E. Cobb, FACHE. “He possesses a profound understanding of the structure of our partnership and its responsibilities to the hospital and the community. We are pleased he has agreed to take on this role and excited to have Johnny join the administrative team on a full-time basis.”
Williams is a native of Winnfield, but has lived in Pineville for more than 31 years. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech, where he earned his B.S. in Accounting and Finance. Johnny has been a Louisiana Certified Public Accountant for more than 30 years. He and his wife Janet have four children.
